I am in my third year of a postgraduate Master’s-level 7 diploma in Integrative Transactional Analysis and completed my placement at Mind, a leading UK mental health charity. I also hold an MBA and am currently training in IMAGO Relationship Therapy, which helps couples build deeper understanding and connection.

From there we can arrange a free 15-20 minute introductory phone call. This is a chance for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, what you’d like to get out of it, and get a sense of whether we are a good fit.

Sessions are charged at £45 per 50 minute session. I ask that payment is made via bank transfer up to 24 hours prior to each session.
My bank details are provided when we agree the contract for our work together. -
In person therapy sessions are held at The Psychotherapy Place, a dedicated cosy and comfortable space based on Audlem Road in Nantwich. Parking is available. I also offer online sessions via Zoom across the UK.

Yes — confidentiality is a cornerstone of therapy. What you share remains private, except in rare cases where there’s a legal or ethical duty to protect your safety or that of others. We’ll discuss confidentiality in full during your first session.

Yes — sessions can take place either in person or online via Zoom. Online therapy can be especially convenient if you have a busy schedule, mobility challenges, or prefer to work from the comfort of your own space.
