A space for if you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else, and for couples who want to find their way back to each other.

Therapy for those that are quietly burning out

You're the one people lean on. You hold things together at work, at home, in your friendships. You've been doing it for so long you're not sure who you are underneath all of it, and the anxiety, the irritability, the not-sleeping, the low hum of overwhelm is starting to tell you something needs to change.

Therapy gives you a space that's just yours. An hour a week where nobody needs anything from you. We'll go gently into what's underneath the overwhelm, look at the patterns that have been running on autopilot since childhood, and start finding your way back to a version of you that feels more like home.

Couples therapy for long-term relationships that have lost their way

Maybe the spark feels gone. Maybe you can't have the same conversation without it turning into the same argument. Maybe children, work and life have crowded out the relationship and you don't quite know how to come back. Maybe there's been an affair, and you're trying to work out whether, and how, to rebuild.

I work with couples using Imago Relationship Therapy, an approach designed exactly for this. It helps you understand the patterns underneath the conflict, hear each other properly again, and rediscover the warmth and honesty that brought you together in the first place.
